  1. Have the ability for multiple clinics to electronically send claims simultaneously.

    offices that have multiple clinics are unable to have more than one connection to the eServices server. To help accomodate this, I'd suggest that the claims be queued for submission when a user may already be connected.

  2. Ability to generate a report of Time in between appointment status

    This would be extremely helpful when we perform "Time Studies" of patient flow. We need to monitor how much time a patient sits in the waiting room, how much time they spend in the operatory and how long it takes to check out. This would also allow us to run a report to show us those patient whom may be still roomed.

  3. Require new users to change their password on first login

    It would be great to be able to require new users to change their password when they log into their Dentrix account for the first time! Currently there is no option to require the user to change their password when first logging in. Some great new features were added to 6.0 on passwords/security however I think this one was overlooked. It would create a much more secure account if the user was required to change at first login.

  4. Alphabetize all options in definitions, not list them by number as they are added

    This would make it easier to find the items in a sequential order instead of the random way they were entered

  5. Remove the Batch Process Screen

    . Make it a button selection for billing, or have it so personnel call hide it for their login

  7. Inactivating Providers & Staff - Please remove them from the "Security Rights" page so they are not mixed in with the current providers.

    When inactivating staff and providers, we have to place "zzz" in front of their USER ID's to indicate they are not active and assigning "Security Rights" becomes tedious as well as removing them from the Appointment Book Views. We have the University Edition and the Residents change every year.

  9. a utility to reassign inactive providers

    When inactivating a provider there needs to be a way to reassgin patients to an active provider. Currentlly it is a manula process. If an inavtive provider is linked to a patient the treatment planner print option will not function.

  10. Would like the ability to inactivate adjustment types in the Definitions.

    In the Office Manager under Definitions, we would like to inactivate the adjustment types instead of having to delete them if you do not want to use them.

  11. a trace on removed time blocks

    Be able to locate what user or block a user to move a specific time block for a provider. Right now anyone has complete access to move time blocks for where the doctors are not to be scheduled.

  12. Add separate rights for reports and letters.

    In the password rights, there is one right that controls access to both the Reports and Letters menus in the Office Manager. It would make more sense to have separate rights for both. There are many situations where we want someone who sends letters to customers not have access to the reports.

  14. Insurance setup

    From the office mgr would like to see "Print" to show up if a claim needs to be printed. maybe in the insurance plan add a print Option so that we are not guessing as to whether a claim needs to go electronically or not

  15. Clinical Notes in DXOne needs a page break between patients

    We see 30 patients in a day and we need to provide clinical notes to the facility. We have to print the clinical notes patient by patient because of HIPPA

  16. Increase Definition Limitations

    Increase the definition item limit (medications) from 255 to Unlimited. Increase definition limits for Medical Alerts, Medications, and Allergies.

    In Preferences, on the Paths tab, it would be great if Database Path was simply labeled Data Path. "Database Path" seems incorrect.

  18. We need a Billing Statements Default similar to "Claim Providers Default" under "Practice Defaults

    We want to be able to customize Billing Statements per location from a central area. We do not want to log into different clinics to run Billing Statements and we want the ability to run Billing Statements by Provider per location.

  19. procedure code setup/ edit note/ procedure code progress note.

    In the procedure code setup/ edit note/ procedure code progress note. It's now set up to put a note in this field but it only shows up when the ada code is set complete. If you want to add instructions for an ada code the dentist doesn’t get the msg until he completes the procedure, which is after the fact. Ex. D4341 need perio charting w/in 6 mos & X-rays. They need that msg before the procedure is complete not after. Can we get this feature to show up when these codes are treatment planned?
