All,

I’m curious if you saw Rafael Rivera’s comment on this post and if this solution solves the problem. Have you had a chance to try to implement this change?

Thanks,

EMR/EHRs have a Desktop/Inbox type area where users can see all messages, unsigned notes etc which would be a good feature for Dentrix

Although I can see notes, but unable to list "unsigned clinical notes" this still does not address the problem of being to check notes without loading the chart of each individual patient which is a prohibitively time consuming task. Dentrix should like other dental software be able to show all the notes for a day and allow editing from that screen as well as show just unsigned notes or missing notes which can be edited directly from that screen without going into each patient's individual chart. This has been a long standing problem with Dentrix which has never been addressed even though several providers have asked for a solution dating back over 10 years.

This should have been implemented at least 7 or 8 years ago. Other software has been doing this for years. We can't even make a list of unsigned notes. Wastes thousands of hours per year for Doctor to read and sign clinical notes. Kudos to Rhonda Stephens, no Kudos to Dentrix for not follwing through on this old issue.

Do you mean progress notes or clinical notes? You can run a Dxone report to provide a list of all unsigned clinical notes (if they were assigned to the provider). It can be scheduled.
