create group user setup
When you add new users you can simply add them to the group and they recieve all the permissions of that group. The same is true if a user moves a position you only need to move them to a new group. also Allow group options for appointment book views, ect.

In other words, Role-based Security. This would ensure that you're giving the correct permissions without having to assign all of the individual rights.

This could be setup to add default appointment book view to the new enterprise user, based on the clinic they were added to.
Currently we get error messages about no provider setup and have to copy views or over manually setup first. If it at least added the default clinic view to new users then we could adjust if needed.

This could go along with the Group Permissions(i.e. all our Receptions get rights to the same things for all clinics!) But I have 24 clinics!!!
