    Can you be more specific about which files and documents are “necessary?” We would need an exhaustive list.

  4. When entering Smoking Status via the Medical Alert Window have this status added to the clinical note

    When entering Smoking Status in Dentrix Enterprise 8.0 either under the Medical History Review window or the Medical Alerts page - have that added to the clinical notes in addition to the Medical Alerts/Problems, Medications, Allergies, and Pain Scale. This would keep all information together when completing the clinical note. Additionally - would like a way to produce a report indicating number of active patients associated with each smoking status.

  5. Clinical Summary sent to Patient Portal

    It is optional under the CMS regs for a provider to send the clinical summary to the portal instead of printing, could you please create this functionality. It would be much better to send these to the portal & not waste paper while attempting to attest to Meaningful Use. Could you please add this functionality?

  7. Add the ability to remove patient questionaires

    Currently we are unable to remove patient questionnaire's. We can edit and add new at the template level but are unable to remove individual questionnaire's from patients charts.

    Hello,

    We actually created the questionnaires so that they could not be removed in order to maintain a consistent history. Can you explain why you might want to remove a questionnaire?

    To enable high contrast mode for all aspects of Dentrix Enterprise, we have an end user who can navigate most of the Dentrix Enterprise application; however the Patient Search window is not supported by High Contrast mode. This window is completely whited out except for the columns and input fields.

  11. Declined treatment

    Procedures currently have 2 main states they can exist in: completed and txplanned. When a patient declines treatment, practices can either delete the txplan procedure or make notes and leave it, neither situation is ideal. If the procedure is deleted, there is no quick reference for the practice that the patient was offered tx when we see them next. If we leave it, our unscheduled tx list winds up being inaccurate.

    A 3rd state of 'declined' would be the ideal solution. We could quickly see what the patient has been offered, and declined, so as not to offer tx again,…

  13. multi select in Enter Batch Ins Paymnet

    in vs. 5.? there was the option to multi select Ins plans, it is not available since the redesign. This is a needed feature due to multiple plans paid on 1 check. With out multi select the batch will not total

  17. The fee should automatically update when you change the procedure code for a treatment planned procedure.

    Example: Let's say that the patient is scheduled to have #3 MO/R done, however, treatment changes to #3 MOD/R. The way it works now is you have to delete the #3 MO/R on the treatment plan and then re-treatment plan the #3 MOD/R and then add it to the appointment to set complete (or set complete from the patient chart). You have to do it this way because the fee will not update.
