More Operatory Time Blocks

Rather than having to print an entire day, or have to print slips one at a time, I'd like to suggest having the option to print routing slips by time blocks

Add auto dial into the appointment book.

I'd like users to have a choice on editing the treatment when setting treatment complete. For instance instead of having to set a three surface filling complete - and then double click on it to change it to a two surface or four surface filling, I'd like it so that when you click the treatment complete button you get the procedure screen for confirmation, where you could make changes before saving them.

I am going to categorize this in the appt book although it could also apply to the ledger and the chart.

We would like set Providers schedule blocks and templates for future dates now, so that we can schedule in those days accordingly.

Increase the limit on the number of attached procedures that can be put on an appointment.

Add a color code key in the appointment book, so the user can tell what the different status colors mean.

Our doctors would like to see what patients where scheduled in a slot, where a cancellation or scheduling change has occured, and we have now put a different patient in that spot, or that spot is empty.

We have staff change appointments that we do not want them to change.

Add a feature called "locked appointments".

People with this security right can lock an appointment.
Locked appointments can only be changed by people with
the edit locked appointment right, or otherwise the appointments
they locked.

Add security rights called:
locked appointments: lock-only-mine (only allowed to lock, edit and unlock appts this user made)
locked appointments: lock-any (allowed to lock, edit and unlock appointments that any user made or locked)

There is a new feature in 6.0 that allows scheduling events in the appointment book such as the closing of an Operatory. We think there is already a security right to limit the staff that can change these events and if not then we should submit this as an enhancement request.
