I would love to be able to chart more acurately supernumerary teeth or people that have both primary and permanent teeth erupted at the same time. I have had several cases where c is present and #6 is also present buccal to the tooth for example. Right now I am forced to pick which one I will chart that exists.

Ability to set an alert for unsigned progress notes at a specified time, ie every hour, 5pm each day, etc

instead of having them scanned in.

On conditions...it would be helpful if we can mark and see right away on the chart itself if the teeth are Ro-as rotated, La-as labioverted, Un-as unerupted, Sc- as space closed... At present, we just place W-as watch for all the above mentioned conditions and add a note for it. Thanks.

Now in the perio charting the pathway can be modified. The pathway can be set to go in one direction per arch and can only be defaulted to one provider. This is difficult when switching operatories.

The Perio chart is to small. I can not see it from a the chair. I need to be able to resize the perio chart to full screen.

Based off of the pt dob, the dental chart should default to the proper dentition and be saved in that format. That way when I go back in, I don't have to chose change all.

Ability to accurately chart existing restoration or treatment plans in the Enterprise version. Such as; Mesial Pit/Distal Pit restorations. DOB that covers the DB cusp. Cusp of Carabella and add additional paint types.

This would eliminate the need to use TWAIN devices in a FAT environment. Currently TWAIN devices do NOT work on server Operating Systems. The same as you did with OptimePsP

To change dates on multiple procedures on the same visit by Highlighting one line of procedure codes. Then using Ctrl key to highlight the rest and change the dates of the procedures all at once.

Create a field for ADA number.

Medical Alert / Medication / Allergies section should have the option of which items in there should be flagged to show up as a "red" flag. Not all items there need to be flagged as an alert

Like a pop up alert on the clinical note page that there is an important
note on the 2nd or 3rd page which if overlooked might mislead the dentist and the assistant on the most recent update regarding the pt's Tx. The double arrow on the LR side of the clinical note page is barely visible if you're in a hurry either the dentist or the assistant.
