create group user setup
When you add new users you can simply add them to the group and they recieve all the permissions of that group. The same is true if a user moves a position you only need to move them to a new group. also Allow group options for appointment book views, ect.

Integration with our Medical Electronic Health Record
We realize that Dentrix is capable of interfacing via HL-7 or API with the various EHR Software's on the market. And that the medical software vendors are the main reason for delay. However, we have shown little to no progress over the years. We MUST have the ability to integrate Prescriptions from our Medical Software into Dentrix. We MUST have the ability to share Allergies & Patient Allerts Bi-Directionally between our Medical Software & Dentrix. Similar to ADT (Demographics) & DFT (Charges) the Clinical aspects should be a priority. Other vendors are already working with our Medical Software (Sage Intergy)… more

primary, supernumerary, and permanent teeth in the tooth chart
I would love to be able to chart more acurately supernumerary teeth or people that have both primary and permanent teeth erupted at the same time. I have had several cases where c is present and #6 is also present buccal to the tooth for example. Right now I am forced to pick which one I will chart that exists.

Ability to generate a report of Time in between appointment status
This would be extremely helpful when we perform "Time Studies" of patient flow. We need to monitor how much time a patient sits in the waiting room, how much time they spend in the operatory and how long it takes to check out. This would also allow us to run a report to show us those patient whom may be still roomed.
