Professional Services Team Requests

Professional Services offers unique solutions that allow you to add specific enhancements and modifications to the enterprise software to more closely meet the workflow and processes in your clinic. We have been asked to post the PST Requests received so other customers can review them and see if they would like to participate in a cost share for a project.

This forum will list some of the requests that the Professional Services Team has received. If you are interested in sharing in the cost of of a PST request, let us all know by adding a comment to the project requested.

  1. Multiple Appointments on Pinboard

    The client has a need to put more than one appointment on pinboard. For their business they have families that come in and they would like to be able to pinboard all the family member’s appointments and then go to another date and place the appointments. Currently they have to do each appointment one at a time.

  2. Group Security Rights/Master Templates (w/full flexibility & permission expirations)

    Create a new setup dialog for group permissions.
    -Should be able to set a name of the group and the actual rights to each group.
    -Should be able to see what users are attached to each group
    Add new fields to the Setup Passwords for Users dialog.
    -Option to set the user to either Group Based or Individual Based rights.
    --If the user will have a uniqe role to anyone else, Individual Based rights can be used.
    -If using group based, the user can be attached to more than one group.

  4. Appointment Timing Function

    -Alert the user when a patient is late (change appointment color).
    -Show how long the patient is waiting in each appointment status.
    -Have the appointment time show IN the appointment block.

  5. Patient by Payor Report

    We need a report that breaks down the number of patients seen per day by a particular insurance company....
    example:
    I need to know we saw 8 patients on March 5 with MCNA insurance..
    It would be great if we could print a report for the month that broke down a particular insurance company and by the number of patients seen each day....

  6. Track notes for follow up communication with patients

    The user would like to have a place in Dentrix to be able to keep track notes for follow up communication with their patients. They would like to run reports on these notes/fields.
